Addressing the United Nations General Assembly, Emirati Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Lana Nasibah said that the establishment of an independent Palestinian state alongside Israel remains essential and that the two-state solution must be realized.
Highlighting the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza, she said the UAE will continue to contribute despite restrictions and challenges on the ground.
Turning to Sudan, Nasibah underscored her country’s support for the Sudanese people and called for an immediate cessation of hostilities to pave the way for peace and stability.
